Most small Hi-Fi amplifiers and pre amplifiers can be fully serviced and calibrated for $220. More for larger and more complex amplifiers. Both solid state and tube worked on, and costing options can be provided for various audio path and EQ circuit upgrades.

 

The "work horse" of your system, service and calibration every 8-10 years or when just bought second hand is strongly recommended.
