Service Description
Once you have spoken to a technician on the phone regarding your repair, set a booking time to bring in. Equipment and valid photo ID, with current residential address is required for client validation. The client arrives at our workshop with the intention to book in for initial inspection period, and upfront payment of the inspection period. All discussed is written up in our service sign in sheet, including authorised client budgets, approximate time until inspection and general costings for repairs, then emailed to the client. Once the client has acknowedged receiving the service sign in sheet, they will be sent an online invoice for the upfront inspection fee. Job is active and in the queue once payment received.
